• Essential cookies — Keep you signed in and protect your account: hd_at and hd_rt (your session; the second lasts up to 30 days), td_sso (one sign-in across your workspaces), td_sudo (a recent confirmation of your identity, asked before sensitive actions), td_session (whether you are signed in), td_device (only when you choose to remember a device: it skips the sign-in code there for 30 days) and hub_session (My Hub sign-in). You cannot opt out of these.
• Preference cookies — Remember your settings: donefy_locale (your language, for one year), df_franchise (the business you are viewing) and sidebar_state (whether the menu is open, for 7 days).
• Analytics cookies — On our website, _ga and _ga_* (traffic measurement) and ph_* (product analytics) help us understand how the site is used. They are set only after you accept them in our cookie banner, and we do not build a profile of website visitors. Inside the Donefy app, after you sign in, ph_* measures how the product is used, linked to an internal user ID, your workspace and your role; screen recording is off.
• Advertising cookies — Our website loads no advertising pixels.

Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are set by third-party services we use, including analytics providers and payment processors. These third parties have their own privacy policies governing their use of cookies. We do not control the cookies set by third parties.

Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies will stop you from signing in to the donefy platform. You can change or withdraw your choice about analytics cookies on our website at any time: change your cookie choice. Withdrawing stops analytics from that moment; cookies already set can be deleted through your browser settings. Your choice is kept in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie.

Cookie Retention

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device for the duration specified in the cookie — from 7 days to 2 years depending on their purpose. You can delete persistent cookies at any time through your browser settings.
