This Service Agreement is entered into between AcmeCo Services (“Provider”) and the undersigned client (“Client”) as of the date of signature below.
Provider agrees to perform HVAC installation and maintenance at the Client’s property. Services include equipment supply, installation, testing, and a 12-month warranty on parts and labor.
Client agrees to pay the agreed sum upon completion. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee. Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice.
