donefy offers subscription-based plans billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorize donefy to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your selected plan. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The donefy platform and all content, features, and functionality are owned by donefy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform without prior written consent from donefy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, donefy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the platform settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
